Labor and Wage Specialist

Job description

• Planning Payroll Fund: Participate in the formation, forecasting, and monitoring of the payroll fund, taking into account the specific characteristics of aviation personnel. • Staffing table: Maintaining and optimizing the organizational structure and staffing table of the airline. • Characteristics of the tables: Calculation of the number and balance of working hours for shift personnel (air traffic controllers, flight radio engineering support engineers) by summing up working hours. • Labor standardization: Analyzing labor intensity at workplaces and calculating quantity standards in accordance with industry standards. • Incentive systems: Updating regulations on remuneration, calculating bonuses for grade qualifications, permitting, working at night, rewarding, KPIs. • Analysis and reporting: Monitoring the labor market in civil aviation, preparing statistical (including departmental) and management reports. Requirements: • Education: Higher economic education ("Labor Economics," "Finance and Accounting" or specialized aviation with economic retraining). • Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in the Labor and Wages Department. Experience working in airlines, airports, or air navigation structures is an advantage. • Know the specifics: Understanding the specifics of cumulative accounting of working time, shift schedules (including day/night), and legislation on the labor and rest schedule of ATC dispatchers and engineers. Qualifications

• Legislation: In-depth knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and regulatory documents governing the remuneration of civil aviation employees.

• Software: proficient knowledge of MS Excel (consolidated tables, complex formulas, data arrays) and 1C:ZUP, 1C:Document Management programs.

• Qualities: High responsibility, analytical thinking style, accuracy in working with large volumes of regulatory data.
